The Office of Housing Strategies (OHS) is a partnership between good form, a design, development and communications consultancy for placemakers and city-builders, and the Office of Jonathan Tate (OJT), an award-winning New Orleans-based architecture and urban design firm.

OHS has created successful development strategies in cities as diverse as Chattanooga, Chicago, Clarksdale (MS), Memphis, New Orleans, and places in between, employing a networked consultancy of planners, writers, designers, geographers, quants, and practitioners across the entire development spectrum.
